challenges
Talent management, sourcing, and recruitment, in support of a large merger. COTY officially merged with Proctor and Gamble in September of 2017. As a result, the newly formed company’s HR team was compromised. They lost know-how, talent, and work-force during the merger with the HR teams as well as all business lines.
The responsibility and resources of the organization were overwhelming. The HR department’s mission was shifted to focus on optimizing staffing levels and policy changes. With this change in strategy, COTY had a need for consulting support around their talent management activities and overall recruitment.
