This simple yet powerful tool breaks down the four “primary emotions” and associated behavioral responses into four regions, or styles. The assessment generates an in-depth, eye-opening report with 20 pages of results that not only break down the participant’s individual DiSC style, but also teaches how to communicate and interact with other styles more effectively.

Sense & Adapt: An Everything DiSC® Workshop

rpc facilitates Sense & Adapt, An Everything DiSC® Workshop; a half day, personalized learning experience held virtually or in person, designed to not only help individual participants understand their unique communication styles and motivators, but teaches them to recognize these in their teammates, and shift their behavior to better communicate.

Sense & Adapt participants gain valuable knowledge to communicate, influence, and perform at a higher level, as well as reduce conflict in the workplace by teaching to recognize, appreciate, and understand the different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace. Sense & Adapt gives your team a common language for problem solving.

Expert Facilitators

At rpc, we’re experts in facilitating DiSC. Starting with a research-validated online assessment, each participant responds to a series of behavioral statements which generates personalized reports. After an engaging overview of the four primary DiSC styles, individual results are revealed, and then the Ah-Ha Moments truly happen.

During the workshop, participants explore the priorities that drive their behavior, learn what comes naturally to them and what might be more challenging when interacting with others, and gain actionable strategies to strengthen their interpersonal interactions with team members at all levels in the workplace.

Ultimately, participants leave Sense & Adapt with a deeper understanding of themselves and others, resulting in a level of self-awareness that not only improves the relationships of teams but improves overall workplace performance.
