We understand diving into DEI topics can be intense and intimidating, but our experienced facilitators are adept at guiding conversations, answering difficult questions, and keeping participants focused on what’s important in the context of a professional environment.
An inclusive workplace welcomes differences of opinion and challenges the present circumstances. In this workshop series, you’ll gain the tools to be able to understand the value of differing perspectives and how to foster an inclusive environment.
Prioritizing DEI will improve productivity and, consequently, increase your profit margins, and show your people you want them a part of the process. Each of the five modules focuses on a different topic, all with the same goal of creating an inclusive, employee-centric culture in which everyone feels empowered.

Focusing on one module per week, you will learn DEI basics, along with the tools to foster more inclusive environments

Homework will be assigned during your in-person classes, along with a mix of digital and interactive materials, so you can explore the topics on an even deeper level
